Yes. Urban Tree is fully licensed and insured, and our crews follow ANSI A300 tree care standards and ANSI Z133 safety standards on every job. As part of Outdoor Inc, a Chattanooga landscape and site contractor since 2003, we carry the insurance and equipment of a 65-person company. We are happy to provide proof of insurance with your estimate.
How fast can you respond after a storm?

Do I need a permit to remove a tree in Tennessee?
In most of Tennessee, no state permit is required to remove a tree on private residential property. Some municipalities — including Signal Mountain and Lookout Mountain — regulate removals near bluff lines or on undeveloped lots. We confirm local rules and handle any paperwork as part of your estimate.
