Brannch Manager

Allen is a Chattanooga native who grew up working alongside his father, a grading superintendent, and learned to operate heavy equipment at a young age. After high school, he joined the Lowe’s organization, where his natural leadership helped him rise from an entry-level role to regional manager with oversight of logistics and team operations. From there, Allen worked on locomotives in the railroad industry before starting his own landscaping company.
When the opportunity came to join the Urban Tree team in a leadership capacity, Allen made the move. His experience across industries gave him a unique skill set for managing the complexities of a growing operation. As Branch Manager, Allen drives production, monitors financials, manages technology resources, and coaches the team to meet their responsibilities. His leadership has been a key part of Urban Tree’s growth from a small crew to a team of over sixty.
Allen and his wife, Anne, have two boys and are active members of Rockbridge Church. In his spare time, he loves to fish, watch Tennessee football, and travel with his family.
